Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Operational Risk professional to lead end-to-end ORM and ERM engagements, shaping risk frameworks and appetite. You will drive risk identification across strategic areas and deliver culture and safety assessments in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The role requires 5+ years in risk management, hands-on framework ownership, and strong communication with clients and leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in operational and enterprise risk management.
• Hands-on ownership of a risk framework and its components: taxonomy, registers, appetite and KRIs.
• Experience running RCSAs and testing the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 and operational resilience regimes.
• Professional ERM/ISO 31000 qualification held or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ORM and ERM engagements, managing scope, budget and timelines.
• Design integrated risk frameworks linking principal risks to a taxonomy and control libraries.
• Lead top-down enterprise risk identification across strategic, financial, regulatory, technology and emerging risks.
• Deliver Safety Culture assessments and HSE-related engagements.
• Develop risk appetite statements and cascade into tolerances and KRIs.
• Facilitate RCSA workshops with process owners and map controls to the risks.
