Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the bank's ORM framework. The role involves collaborating with senior risk leaders to monitor risks, track actions, and ensure effective governance across lines of business.

The candidate will manage RCSA, KRI and incident processes, escalate material risk events, and prepare management reports to support ORM Committee decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in operational risk, operations or a similar control function within a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management framework.
• Collaborate with ORM Senior Manager to apply the framework across the bank.
• Monitor and track actions in RCSA, KRI, SII, and incident management with timely follow-up.
• Escalate and document Operational Risk events and ensure timely remediation to protect the bank's reputation.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights on risk metrics to management and ORM Committee.
• Coordinate with vendor risk owners to ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.
