Job summary

athGADLANG seeks a Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk Management to lead the ERM function across its retail and real estate operations in the UAE. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with executives, governance committees, and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related field.
• Professional ERM certifications (CRMA/CRM/FRM/CIA/CISA/CFA) preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including ERM leadership.
• Experience in Retail, Real Estate, or large corporate organizations preferred.
• Big 4 Risk Advisory experience plus in-house ERM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing enhancement of the ERM framework.
• Establish risk governance structure aligned with objectives.
• Drive enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Ensure monitoring through controls and action plans.
• Prepare risk reports for executives, Audit Committees, and Board.
• Collaborate with senior management to embed a risk-aware culture.
