Job summary

Samsung Electronics in Dubai seeks an Operator Key Account Manager for the Visual Display team to scale the Samsung TV business through GCC operator channels. You will manage partnerships, listings, GTM strategies, and bundle propositions across UAE and GCC.

You will lead negotiations, drive content partnerships and ensure strong stock, pricing, and marketing alignment with operators, while ensuring compliance across GCC markets.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, Telecom, or IPTV / content distribution with GCC exposure.
• Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Proven track record of scaling operator/telco channels for hardware or content brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships and strengthen operator relationships across GCC at commercial, marketing, and senior leadership levels.
• Own listings of Samsung Visual Display product portfolio within each operator’s hardware and bundle roadmap.
• Develop go-to-market with operators on new TV launches to secure hero positioning at launch.
• Negotiate bundles with operators including broadband, content packages, and device financing.
• Oversee all retail and online executions across operator-owned stores and sites.
