Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Executive Facilities Management to oversee daily operations, coordinating teams and vendors to ensure timely service delivery in line with SLAs and standards.

The role monitors performance, enforces compliance, resolves issues, and drives continuous improvement to lift efficiency, service quality and client satisfaction across multi-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) required.
• Experience in In Unit Services/Maintenance or similar facilities management roles.
• Knowledge of UAE FM practices, safety regulations and authority compliance.
• Proficient with CAFM systems, MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery aligning with SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to complete maintenance tasks on time.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to uphold safety, quality and service standards.
• Review manpower allocation and adjust staffing to meet workload while ensuring balanced distribution.
• Submit regular weekly and monthly performance reports to the line manager.

We are seeking an experienced strong Senior Executive Facilities Management Arab Nationals strong who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of daily operational activities by coordinating teams vendors and workflows to achieve timely service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards The role focuses on monitoring performance ensuring compliance resolving operational issues and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency service quality and customer satisfaction strong

Work Plan

• Plan and execute daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks Monitor workflow execution to ensure adherence to schedules processes and quality standards Support resource planning and allocation to meet operational requirements effectively Track and monitor key performance indicators and ensure timely reporting of operational progress strong

Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with service standards and procedures Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality safety and service excellence Ensure proper grooming uniform and professional appearance standards are followed strong

Workload Review

• Review manpower allocation regularly to match operational requirements Ensure fair and balanced distribution of workload across teams Identify manpower gaps and support adjustments when required Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate with supervisors to manage staffing based on daily workload strong

Operations

• Monitor daily operations to ensure services are delivered as per SLAs KPIs and company standards Carry out routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain service continuity strong

Reporting

• Submit regular reports to the line manager on weekly and monthly operational performance strong

• Strong knowledge of UAE FM practices, authority compliance, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Proven background in roles such as Facilities Engineer, Senior Facilities Engineer, or Assistant Facilities Manager.
• Experience managing multi-site or mixed-use developments (commercial, residential, hospitality).
• Strong exposure to client-facing FM roles and service delivery environments.
• Valid UAE driving license
