Confidential is seeking a Senior Manager for Facility Management and Operations to oversee multiple FM projects, drive service delivery, and align operations with strategic goals.

You will lead department heads and site teams, manage budgets, client relationships, and regulatory compliance in the UAE, delivering profitable, high-quality facilities management across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Facility Management / Operations.
• Senior leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with UAE business practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple facility management projects.
• Manage and supervise department heads, project managers, and site teams.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with company standards and client expectations.
