The Sales Account Manager will own revenue growth in the UAE Oil & Gas segment, managing the full cycle from targets to mobilization and secondment contracts in a dynamic, contract-driven environment.

Key duties include meeting sales targets, building a robust pipeline, negotiating terms, coordinating with procurement, and representing CNS at industry events such as ADIPEC.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 to 12 years Oil & Gas sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B, contract-driven environment.
• Familiarity with the purchasing and procurement departments of oil & gas companies in the region, including vendor registration, tendering and approval processes.
• An established network of contacts within UAE Oil & Gas operators, contractors and supply chain teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Desirable: Experience in resources/manpower secondment to Oil & Gas clients, rate negotiation and managing seconded staff.
• Desirable: Understanding of In-Country Value (ICV) certification and its weighting in UAE tenders.
• Desirable: Experience with client e-procurement portals and supplier registration systems.
• Desirable: Valid HSE certification or familiarity with Oil & Gas site safety requirements.

Aufgaben

• Meet and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets for the Oil & Gas segment in the UAE.
• Build and execute account plans for key customers with monthly forecast reviews.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the company CRM.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contract conditions within approved authority.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with UAE oil and gas entities and their suppliers.
• Track tenders and long-term contracts; lead bid/no-bid decisions.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals and tender clarifications.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (e.g. ADIPEC).
• Build procurement relationships and secure vendor registration and approved-supplier status.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, finance and logistics to deliver to scope and HSE standards.
• Monitor performance, margins and client satisfaction; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure timely collections and minimize overdue payments.
• Develop and manage manpower and resources secondment contracts with clients.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and visa processes for seconded staff.
• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales, pipeline and forecast reports.
