Job summary

CNS Middle East is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the UAE Oil & Gas sector. You will win and grow business with national and international operators, manage the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and coordinate resources for successful project delivery.

You will own targets, develop account plans, lead bids, negotiate terms, and ensure timely invoicing and collections. The role demands strong relationships with procurement teams, deep market knowledge across

Qualifications

8–12 years of Oil & Gas sales experience in UAE, with direct selling to major oil & gas companies.
Familiarity with procurement, vendor registration and tender processes in UAE oil & gas.
Established network within UAE oil and gas operators, contractors and supply chain teams.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed annual sales targets and gross margin for UAE Oil & Gas segment.
Own and manage revenue targets, pipeline, and forecast in CRM.
Lead bid/no-bid decisions and prepare technical–commercial proposals and clarifications.
Build and maintain relationships with procurement, contracts, and supply chain teams.
Coordinate with operations, HR, finance and logistics to deliver to scope and quality.
