Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for the Brownfield Offshore Water Injection Project based in Abu Dhabi.

You will lead all offshore brownfield construction activities, tie-ins, and facility upgrades within live facilities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality in line with ADNOC requirements. The role requires extensive offshore brownfield EPC experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate Engineering, Operations, and Client teams to deliver successful project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master’s degree is advantageous.
• PMP or project management certification preferred.
• Professional engineering registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore brownfield construction activities from site mobilization through mechanical completion.
• Develop Construction Execution Plans, methodologies, and resource strategies.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.
• Ensure activities are safe, efficient, and compliant with procedures.
• Monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate shutdowns, tie‑ins, and facility upgrades with Operations and Client teams.
• Oversee SIMOPS coordination and risk management.
• Support pre‑commissioning and handover activities.
