Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Construction Brownfield Site Engineer for an Offshore Water Injection Project in the UAE.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing brownfield construction with emphasis on safety, quality, and production continuity in an offshore environment. You will serve as the primary site focal point for brownfield work, interfacing with construction, operations, commissioning and engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 18–22 years of Oil & Gas experience, offshore preferred.
• Experience leading brownfield modifications, tie-ins and offshore construction activities.
• Strong HSE leadership and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all offshore brownfield construction activities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage modifications to existing facilities related to water injection systems and related infrastructure.
• Oversee installation, replacement and modification of piping, pumps, valves, equipment and electrical/instrumentation packages.
• Ensure work is performed to approved work packs, procedures, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering and contractor teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Support commissioning, start-up and handover activities with focus on production continuity.
