Job summary

KBR, Inc. Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking a Projects Interface Manager for an Offshore Water Injection Project, based in Abu Dhabi with relocation to Spain and back.

You will oversee interfaces between offshore and onshore facilities, EPC contractors, and vendors, ensuring safe and efficient integration of new water injection infrastructure into existing assets. The role requires 20–25 years in offshore oil and gas projects, strong brownfield and shutdown experience, and likely PMP/Prince2 or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or related technical discipline.
• 20–25 years of offshore oil and gas project experience.
• Proven experience with brownfield projects, offshore modifications, and EPC/EPCM interfaces.
• Certification in PMP/PMI/Prince2 or interface management is advantageous.
• Experience with ADNOC Offshore or Middle East offshore projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project interfaces between offshore and onshore facilities, EPC contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate brownfield integration and tie-ins with production assets.
• Lead interface meetings and ensure clear communication across disciplines.
• Support project and engineering managers in risk assessments and schedule alignment.
• Coordinate commissioning and start-up interface activities and handover.
