KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist Piping Engineer for offshore water injection projects. The role involves leading piping design, reviews of GA drawings, isometrics, and 3D models, with focus on operability, safety, and constructability.

The ideal candidate has 15–18 years in piping engineering within Oil & Gas, offshore brownfield EPC experience, and familiarity with FEED through startup phases. ADNOC and Middle East project exposure is highly regarded.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent certification is a plus.
15–18 years piping engineering experience in Oil & Gas, offshore brownfield EPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead piping design and engineering for offshore water injection systems.
Review and approve piping layouts, GA drawings, isometrics, and 3D models.
Coordinate with stress engineers for high-stress and support issues.
Define piping material specifications for seawater, treated water, and utilities.
Support brownfield modifications, tie-ins, and shutdown planning.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.
