KBR Inhouse Engineering in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Lead Offshore Structural Engineer to drive the delivery of large-scale fixed offshore assets across concept to brownfield modification. You’ll lead structural assessment, strengthening, and life-extension with strong discipline planning and client coordination.
The role requires extensive experience in offshore structures, leadership in multidisciplinary teams, and travel to offshore sites as needed, with adherence to ADNOC standards and safety
Formación
- Minimum 18 years of oil and gas structural engineering experience.
- 10 years in fixed offshore structural engineering.
- 5+ years in a lead role overseeing complex projects.
- ADNOC Offshore or Middle East brownfield experience preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Lead offshore structural engineering delivery for fixed offshore assets across all lifecycle phases.
- Act as discipline focal point for assessments, modifications and life-extension.
- Ensure safe, compliant, constructible engineering solutions with multidisciplinary coordination.
- Define analysis approach and approve structural calculations, reports and drawings.
- Plan site visits for data collection and condition assessment.
