Job summary

KBR Careers in Abu Dhabi seeks a Construction Manager to lead offshore construction for the ADNOC Offshore project. You will coordinate EPC contractor performance across fabrication, offshore installation, mechanical completion and commissioning, ensuring safe, compliant execution from yards to handover.

The role requires a mechanical/civil/structural engineering degree and extensive offshore EPC experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Structural) required.
• Extensive Oil & Gas offshore construction experience is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore construction activities to ADNOC Offshore requirements and project procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore construction and installation activities.
• Supervise EPC contractor performance during fabrication, offshore installation, mechanical completion and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, HSE, Quality and other project disciplines.
• Review contractor construction execution plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Ensure alignment between fabrication, transportation, installation and handover activities.
