Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
• 12-15 years of overall industry experience in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Hands-on design experience in Concrete and Steel Structures.
• Experience in Structural Integrity Assessments of existing facilities.
• Experience preparing Scope of Work (SOW) for NDT/DT requirements.
• Experience managing consultants and contractors performing NDT/DT activities.
• Experience in Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and bid reports.
• Proven project coordination, planning and management skills.
• Oil & Gas, Offshore, Petrochemical, or Energy sector experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and international design codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed civil and structural design and analysis for concrete and steel structures per ADNOC and international standards.
• Carry out structural integrity, fitness-for-service, and condition assessments of offshore/onshore facilities.
• Develop SOW documents for NDT/DT inspection programs.
• Review and supervise consultants/contractors performing NDT/DT activities.
• Evaluate inspection findings and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Participate in technical bid evaluations and prepare TBE reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Review engineering deliverables, calculations, drawings and reports.
• Support asset integrity management through assessment and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE, and project procedures.
