Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking an Engineering Manager for an offshore subsea project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver FEED through Start-up, ensuring safety, cost, and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive offshore project experience, adherence to ADNOC standards, and strong leadership in design reviews, risk management, and vendor engagement. On-site Abu Dhabi office, global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related).
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• PE/CEng or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all engineering disciplines for offshore projects and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Coordinate interfaces between EPC contractor, ADNOC Offshore, PMC, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical leadership through FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up.
