Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for an offshore water injection project in the UAE. The role leads all project controls activities, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, risk management, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders to deliver safe, timely and cost-effective results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 18–25 years of project controls experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC or Energy projects.
• Experience on offshore development, water injection, brownfield or subsea projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, baselining and progress reporting.
• Manage cost control, forecasts, variances and earned value.
• Oversee risk, change management and mitigation activities.
• Coordinate with EPC directors, contractors, and client representatives.
• Provide executive dashboards and weekly/monthly performance updates.
• Mentor and develop project controls team members.
