Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for an offshore Abu Dhabi ADNOC PMC project. You will lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and governance to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery across all project phases.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, implement project controls standards, and provide strategic guidance to ADNOC stakeholders with a focus on performance reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 15+ years in Project Controls; 10+ years in Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC or Mega Projects.
• PMP, PMI-SP, AACE CCP/PSP; Primavera P6 Professional Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls team including Planning, Cost, Risk, Progress and Reporting specialists.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all phases.
• Manage cost baselines, expenditure forecasts and cost reporting accuracy.
