Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for an offshore subsea package in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a diverse team spanning planning, cost, risk, and reporting to assure schedule integrity, cost fidelity and governance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires senior-level expertise in project controls, scheduling (Primavera P6), cost control, and risk analysis, with ADNOC/EPC experience preferred. On-site Abu Dhabi with a global, high-impact project portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
Master's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or MBA is preferred.
PMP and scheduling certifications strongly preferred.
Experience leading project controls on large offshore/EPC mega projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the Project Controls team including Planning, Cost, Risk, and Reporting engineers.
Develop and maintain integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore construction, and commissioning.
Drive cost management including budgeting, forecasting, and EVM reporting.
Lead risk management processes and schedule risk analyses.
Provide governance and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Support contract administration and claims analysis as needed.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC PM Standards and governance requirements.
