Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks an Engineering Manager for the UZ Islands Greenfield Offshore Water Injection Project, based in UAE (Abu Dhabi). The role leads multidisciplinary engineering and interfaces with client and contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective outcomes through design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

20–25+ years of oil and gas offshore EPC/EPCM experience is required. The position requires coordinating teams across locations, overseeing HAZID/HAZOP and technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership roles in offshore projects.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• 20-25+ years oil and gas experience with major offshore EPC/EPCM projects.
• Proven experience as Engineering Manager on offshore greenfield developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, HSE).
• Establish engineering execution plans, schedules and resource requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet objectives, client specs, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/constructability/operability studies.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting and change management processes.
• Review contractor and vendor engineering deliverables and manage interfaces.
