Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Scheduler / Cost Engineer for an offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The role supports ADNOC Offshore projects, delivering integrated planning, scheduling and cost control within schedule and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in project controls, experience with Primavera P6 and EVM, plus exposure to brownfield, EPC/EPCM environments. ADNOC familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Primavera P6 Certification preferred.
• PMP, CCP or equivalent certifications advantageous.
• 15 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling or Cost Engineering.
• Offshore EPC/EPCM experience in the Middle East preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Manage cost control, budgets, and forecasts with EAC/ETC.
• Produce weekly/monthly control reports and KPI dashboards.
• Perform EVA, risk assessments, and change evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and finance teams.
