Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors and vendors to ensure procurement aligns with schedule and budget.

You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier selection and contract negotiations, maintaining strict adherence to ADNOC procedures and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equal; extensive oil & gas procurement experience.
• Proven ability to lead procurement for major EPC/PMC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Offshore procurement practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement activities for the ADNOC Offshore project.
• Develop and implement project procurement strategies and plans.
• Monitor EPC contractor procurement against schedules and contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, contracts and project controls to align requirements.
