Job summary

KBR Engineering Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks a PMC Project Manager to lead the ADNOC Offshore development, guiding the PMC team through engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning and handover.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Oil & Gas offshore project experience, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and an understanding of project controls, scheduling, risk and commercial management. This is an on-site role based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; postgraduate qualification in Engineering/Project Management would be an advantage.
• Extensive Oil & Gas experience with offshore projects; senior PM/PMC roles.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the PMC project management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as the primary PMC interface with ADNOC Offshore, EPC/EPCI contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives in accordance with ADNOC requirements and the approved project execution strategy.
• Establish project priorities, governance, responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Lead project progress reviews and management meetings with ADNOC Offshore and contractors.
• Ensure effective coordination and integration between all engineering disciplines and project functions.
• Oversee all phases of project execution including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover.
