Lead Offshore PMC Project Manager

Job summary

KBR is leading a high-profile offshore ADNOC PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The PMC Project Manager will supervise a multidisciplinary team, interface with ADNOC Offshore EPC/EPCI contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and ensure delivery in line with approved objectives, schedule, and budget.

Role covers leadership across engineering procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning, and handover with strict adherence to HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering/Project Management would be an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the PMC project management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as the primary PMC interface with ADNOC Offshore EPC/EPCI contractors, subcontractors, vendors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives in accordance with ADNOC requirements and approved execution strategy.
• Oversee all phases of project execution including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, handover.
• Review contractor performance against schedules and objectives; monitor cost, risk and change management.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, vendors, engineering teams, fabrication yards, offshore teams and operations.
