Job summary

Tanqeeb is recruiting a Civil & Structural Supervisor for a contract role in the Abu Dhabi region. You will oversee the planning, coordination and supervision of civil and structural activities on complex oil and gas projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years of experience in oil & gas, ability to read drawings, and proficiency in project management tools. Offshore/remote site exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil and structural supervision in oil & gas.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and supervision of civil and structural activities on oil and gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
