Job summary

Tanqeeb is recruiting a Civil & Structural Supervisor for a contract role in the Abu Dhabi region. You will oversee the planning, coordination and supervision of civil and structural activities on complex oil and gas projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years of experience in oil & gas, ability to read drawings, and proficiency in project management tools. Offshore/remote site exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil and structural supervision in oil & gas.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of civil and structural activities on complex oil and gas projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Civil & Structural Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of all civil and structural activities related to oil and gas projects.
• You will ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and resolving technical issues.
• You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards relevant to oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience in managing site activities, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE policies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
