Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an on-site Civil/Structural Supervisor to oversee all construction activities in Abu Dhabi. You will interpret drawings, coordinate a team of workers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and 5–7 years of hands-on Gulf experience in large-scale projects. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with Metro or road infrastructure experience are not

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on civil/structural supervision experience.
• Experience leading diverse construction teams, including subcontractors.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners only; age limits apply (49, up to 50 with Gulf experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and structural construction activities on-site per plans and specs.
• Supervise and guide a team of workers, foremen, and subcontractors; ensure safety and productivity.
• Regularly inspect works for quality, compliance with standards, and timely execution.
