Largeton Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Lead in the UAE to own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM across OMS, Inventory, Cost, Pricing, Supply & Demand Planning, and PIM. You will steer the SCM workstream through Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Data Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

You will lead onsite and offshore teams, drive BR100 documentation, manage integrations and data migrations, and oversee SIT/UAT, defect

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud SCM experience.
• 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Expertise in OM, Inventory, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, Supply Planning, and PIM.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, WMS, Finance integrations, FBDI, OTBI, Data Migration, and Testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process transformation.
• Own BR100 documentation, configuration governance, and business sign-offs.
• Manage SCM integrations and data migrations including items, inventory balances, open orders, pricing, and costs.
• Drive SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams while serving as the primary SCM advisor to client stakeholders.
