Job summary

BlackStone eIT seeks an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer / Senior Network Consultant to deliver onsite consultancy and technical support within a large enterprise. You will manage enterprise network infrastructure, troubleshoot L1-L3 issues, and work within ITIL frameworks.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience, CCNP is mandatory, and candidates must be able to work onsite in the UAE for a full 1-year engagement, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining large enterprise network environments.
• CCNP certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in enterprise networking and network troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to provide L1, L2, and L3 network support.
• Experience working within an ITIL framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the UAE for the full 1-year consultancy engagement.
• Flexibility to provide support outside normal working hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities
