Job summary

Noventiq India, Ltd. is seeking an experienced networking professional in the UAE to lead end-to-end enterprise network implementations.

You will configure routing, switching, and security infrastructure across multi-site environments, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong vendor knowledge, and the ability to travel across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise network and security implementation or operations.
• Delivery experience in multi-site/branch environments.
• Strong working knowledge of switching: VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, STP, VTP, LACP.
• Hands-on firewall experience: Cisco ASA/Firepower configuration, NAT, HA/failover, clustering.
• Familiarity with monitoring/management tools.
• Working knowledge of cloud Networking is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure enterprise network infrastructure based on client requirements, BOQs, and approved designs.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routing & switching devices, firewalls, and NAC/AAA services.
• Prepare scope of work documents, implementation plans, and activity schedules aligned to customer requirements.
• Execute site surveys, migrations, cutovers, and go-live activities, including after-hours change windows where required.
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for bandwidth, latency, connectivity, authentication, and performance issues across customer environments.
• Log and manage work through ticketing/CRM platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.

K ey Responsibilities

Implementation& Delivery

• Implement and configure enterprise network infrastructurebased on client requirements, BOQs, and approved designs.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
  • Routing & Switching — Cisco routers, Cisco Catalyst,Cisco Meraki MS, Aruba switches.
  • Firewalls / NGFW — Cisco Firepower (FTD), Cisco MerakiMX, ASA; exposure to checkpoint, Palo Alto and Fortinet is a plus.
  • NAC / AAA — Cisco ISE (PAN/PSN/MNT, PxGrid), 802.1X/MABwired & wireless, posture policies, TACACS+; Aruba ClearPass exposure is anadvantage.
  • Switching & Wireless — Cisco and Aruba
• Prepare scope of work documents, implementation plans,and activity schedules aligned to customer requirements.
• Execute site surveys, migrations, cutovers, and go-liveactivities, including after-hours change windows where required.

Operations& Support

• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for bandwidth, latency,connectivity, authentication, and performance issues across customerenvironments.
• Perform periodic hardening, configuration backups, andhealth checks of network and security devices.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendor TAC, NOC teams, and fieldengineers to drive issues to resolution with minimal supervision.

Documentation& Governance

• Produce and maintain HLD/LLD documents, as-builtdocumentation, runbooks, UAT test plans, and knowledge-transfer material.
• Log and manage work through ticketing/CRM platforms(ServiceNow, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Adhere to customer change-control processes and projectgovernance standards.
• Act as a trusted technical point of contact for customersduring project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on implementation bestpractices.
• Support presales with technical inputs, effortestimation, and proof-of-concept activities when needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent(e.g., BCA, B.Tech).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network andsecurity implementation or operations.
• Proven delivery experience in multi-site / branchenvironments
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Switching: VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, STP, VTP, LACP.
• Hands-on firewall experience: Cisco ASA/Firepowerconfiguration, NAT, HA/failover, clustering.
