Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (EITC) in Dubai seeks an experienced Network Security Engineer to deploy NSX-T and VCD networking, integrate AVI load balancer, and implement NGFW policies across hybrid cloud environments.

You will migrate legacy security infrastructure, configure Palo Alto and Fortinet platforms, and contribute to HLD/LLD documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in network security implementation, deployment, and migration.
• Hands-on experience deploying VMware NSX-T/NSX-4, VMware Cloud Director (VCD) networking, NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI), and Layer 2 extension technologies in production environments.
• Preferred certifications include VMware VCP-NV, NSX VCIX-NV, CCNP Security or higher, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 7 or higher, F5 CSE, and OCI Network Associate.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure VMware NSX-T environments and VCD networking in production.
• Migrate legacy security infrastructure with minimal business disruption.
• Implement NGFW, IPS, and threat prevention tools across staging to production.
• Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP, Palo Alto Panorama, and Fortinet security platforms.
• Conduct security assessments and contribute to design documentation (HLD/LLD).
