Job summary
MDS System Integration Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to advise clients on VMware-based solutions, design and implement scalable infrastructure, and train the project team.
The role focuses on VCF 9.1, NSX-T/V, AVS, and complex networking, requiring deep hands-on experience and the ability to lead migrations and deliver secure, compliant data center networks.
You will work with multi-tenant environments and be responsible for technical documentation and escalation management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant VMware/NSX experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with VCF, NSX-T/V, AVS and related networking.
- Strong knowledge of data center networking and security.
- Experience with multi-tenant cloud environments and incident escalation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise VCF/NSX-T environments for clients.
- Lead migrations from vDS to NSX with minimal downtime.
- Enable and validate VCF 9.1 features such as live patching and NVMe tiering.
- Implement granular micro-segmentation using DFW policies.
- Document designs with HLD/LLD and blueprints.
- Provide senior-level consultancy and training to teams.
