Job summary

Talents of Endearment is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer in Dubai to own the end-to-end engineering, operations, and governance of enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, and cloud-connected services.

You will serve as a senior technical authority in Managed Services Operations, ensuring high availability, resilience, and regulatory compliance across mission-critical environments, with a focus on service reliability and SLA performance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in telecom/IT infrastructure with strong cloud and security background.
• CCNP + multi-vendor certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Security, ACI, NSX).
• Bachelor’s in computer science / information systems.
• Proven experience in managed cloud services, enterprise operations, and mission-critical environments.
• Strong communication, reporting, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in 24x7x365 environments with high pressure and rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Network & Security Ownership — Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, routing, switching, NAC, QoS, VRF, MPLS, and cloud-integrated network services.
• Advanced Operational Support — Serve as L3 escalation point, perform RCA, drive incident resolution, and ensure operational continuity across mission-critical environments.
• Architecture, Change & Capacity Governance — Govern change management, capacity planning, performance analytics, and compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Vendor, Stakeholder & Customer Management — Act as SPOC for OEMs and partners, manage escalations, align with internal teams, and ensure transparent communication with senior leadership.
• Documentation, SOPs & Process Excellence — Develop SOPs, technical guidelines, DR/BCP documentation, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
