Job summary

Holo is seeking a Senior Mortgage Manager to oversee end-to-end mortgage processing in the UAE, delivering strong commercial results and an exceptional customer experience through technology.

The role requires deep UAE mortgage knowledge, CRM proficiency and a track record of delivering mortgage solutions. Hybrid work with in-office presence once per week, visa and health benefits included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker in UAE/Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems; comfortable using technology to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and present mortgage options to clients.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls from generated leads.
• Build trust with clients and real estate partners.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, processes and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes.
• Gather and present mortgage documentation.
• Visit and nurture Real Estate partners weekly.

The Role

As a Senior Mortgage Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while delivering strong commercial performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional with a strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market, products and regulations, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs.
• Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leads.
• Build relationships of trust with clients and our partners.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, processes and procedures.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes.
• Gather, analyse and present the documentation required for mortgage processing.
• Visit and nurture our existing Real Estate partners on a weekly basis.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a , Senior Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements in the UAE/Middle East.
• CEMAP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
• Comfortable using technology to drive efficiency, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• A strong track record within the UAE mortgage market and a proven ability to deliver results.

What You'll Receive

• - AED 15,000 monthly basic salary : A competitive fixed monthly salary, paid on top of your commission.
• - Uncapped commission: 50% commission on Partner and USEHOLO business. 60% commission on self-generated business.
