Job summary

Holo is seeking a Senior Mortgage Manager to oversee the end-to-end mortgage process in the UAE, delivering exceptional customer experience while driving commercial results.

You will leverage knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations and CRM platforms, building trusted relationships with clients and real estate partners to grow the business. Hybrid work arrangement with weekly in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Mortgage Manager or similar role in UAE/Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations and processes.
• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads promptly and present mortgage options that fit client needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from generated leads.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and real estate partners.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, processes and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes.
• Gather, analyse and present documentation for mortgage processing.
• Visit and nurture Real Estate partners on a weekly basis.

The Role

As a Senior Mortgage Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while delivering strong commercial performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional with a strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market, products and regulations, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs.
• Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leads.
• Build relationships of trust with clients and our partners.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, processes and procedures.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes.
• Gather, analyse and present the documentation required for mortgage processing.
• Visit and nurture our existing Real Estate partners on a weekly basis.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a , Senior Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements in the UAE/Middle East.
• CEMAP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
• Comfortable using technology to drive efficiency, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• A strong track record within the UAE mortgage market and a proven ability to deliver results.

What You’ll Receive

• AED 15,000 monthly basic salary : A competitive fixed monthly salary, paid on top of your commission.
• Uncapped commission: 50% commission on Partner and USEHOLO business. 60% commission on self-generated business.

• Hybrid working : Minimum 1 day per week in the office.
• Work from anywhere: Work from anywhere for 2 weeks, twice a year.
• Annual uplift bonus: Additional annual uplift bonus on disbursals above AED 170M annually.
