Job summary

Huspy in Dubai is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to drive revenue by engaging with real estate agencies and mortgage clients. You will recruit agencies, manage ongoing relationships, and guide clients through mortgage options, bank policies, and the process end-to-end.

The role requires at least 1 year of Dubai mortgage experience, a strong network, and a sales-driven mindset. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate platform with competitive commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Dubai mortgage experience and knowledge of the local real estate and financial market.
• Proven ability to consult and sell with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Background in mortgages/financial services with solid product knowledge.
• Established network of introducers in real estate to generate business.
• Business development mindset with ability to create opportunities and grow pipelines.
• Sales-driven and revenue-focused with strong client management.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by submitting and processing mortgage files for clients.
• Prospect and recruit real estate agencies to join Huspy through in-person visits and presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong agency relationships for ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Acquire mortgage clientele via partner networks and direct channels.
• Guide clients on bank products and processes to select optimal options.
• Assist clients through the mortgage process from start to finish and provide oversight.
• Contribute to projects within channel and broader company.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Generate revenue for the company by efficiently submitting and processing client mortgage files.
• Prospect and recruit real estate agencies to join the Huspy platform through your network, in-person visits, and delivering introductory presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies in the portfolio to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
• Acquire mortgage clientele via both partner networks and personal direct channels.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding bank products, policies, and processes, assisting them in selecting the optimal options to suit their needs.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from start to finish, providing assistance and oversight as needed.
• Contribute to a variety of projects within both the channel and the broader company.
• On the cultural side, we expect Mortgage Consultants to collaborate with other teams, think outside of the box on resolving obstacles that they might face, be compassionate and supportive when team members need support in learning and understanding the processes.
