As we continue our growth, we're looking for experienced UAE Mortgage Consultants who want to maximise their earning potential, build lasting client relationships and play a key role in shaping one of the UAE's most ambitious mortgage brokerages.

What You'll Do

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a seamless client experience.
• Build and develop relationships with real estate agencies, developers, introducers and referral partners across the UAE.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, lending criteria and financing options across a wide range of UAE lenders.
• Guide clients through every stage of the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency and expert advice.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to support the continued growth and success of YoBridge.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property and mortgage market.
• Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Established network of estate agents, developers, brokers or professional introducers.
• Commercially minded with excellent business development skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau and Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
