Job summary

The Lending Tree in Dubai is hiring ambitious Mortgage Consultants for a long-term career with strong earning potential. You will advise on UAE mortgage solutions and manage the end-to-end process from lead to disbursement, coordinating with banks and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 1 year UAE mortgage sales experience, strong English, and a UAE driving license. Base salary up to AED 10,000 with commissions up to 65%, plus growth opportunities and direct access to major UAE banks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UAE Mortgage sales experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license - Mandatory.
• Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused.
• Confident in advisory selling, negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best-fit UAE mortgage solutions (resale & handover).
• Manage end-to-end mortgage process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide a professional, transparent, and client-first advisory experience.
