Job summary

Emirates Group IT is seeking an IT Senior Operations & Support Engineer – Middleware to analyse, support, and resolve complex incidents across Emirates Group Systems in Dubai. You will monitor, investigate, and drive improvements to ensure service levels and business continuity.

The role requires hands-on experience with middleware platforms, API gateways, and cloud/integration technologies, plus strong incident management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, support, and resolve Level 1–2 incidents for Emirates Group Systems.
• Utilise ITSM tools to manage incidents, problems, assets and changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements to reliability.
• Contribute to automation of incident response and observability.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
