Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT service desk, operations or related role.
• Experience handling incidents and service requests.
• Familiar with IT environments of size and complexity similar to Emirates Group.

Responsibilities

• Receive/inbound calls to resolve incidents and problems.
• Keep customers informed on status and progress of incidents.
• Escalate high impact incidents to IT leadership when needed.
• Maintain data library and ensure secure handling of job processing tapes.
• Route incidents to appropriate support teams for fastest resolution.
