Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Manager - MICE to grow the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions segment across Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central Dubai. You will secure profitable business from corporate clients, exhibition organisers, PCOs, DMCs and agencies, driving a strong MICE pipeline connected to DWTC and the Dubai market.

Working with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and hotel operations, you will maximise conversion and profitability, delivering

Qualifications

5–7 years in hotel sales, with a proven MICE track record.
Experience with DWTC, exhibition organisers, and event management partners.
Strong negotiation, pitching and contract management skills.
Ability to build strategic accounts and long-term relationships.
Knowledge of Dubai hospitality market and international brands.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute proactive MICE sales strategies to meet revenue targets across three properties.
Build relationships with exhibition organisers, PCOs and event agencies to secure opportunities.
Establish and manage key accounts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, F&B and Operations to maximise profitability.
Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy and market intelligence to inform strategy.
