Job summary

Novotel & ibis World Trade Centre Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager - MICE to grow the Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions segment across three properties. The role focuses on strategic relationship building with corporate clients, PCOs, DMCs and event organisers to secure profitable business.

Working with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and Operations, you will develop a strong MICE pipeline, maximise profitability and drive long-term growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of hotel sales experience in the MICE segment.
• Knowledge of Dubai hospitality market and DWTC/conference venues advantageous.
• Experience with PCOs, exhibition organisers and event management companies is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, contracting and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive MICE sales strategies across DWTC and One Central Dubai hotels.
• Build and maintain relationships with exhibition organisers, PCOs, DMCs and corporate clients.
• Manage assigned accounts through regular engagement, reviews and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to maximise profitability.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and contracts aligned to pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reports.
