Job summary

3shool Technology Consultants is seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day mechanical works on Dubai project sites. You will oversee HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP installation activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, monitor progress, support testing and handover, and ensure adherence to UAE regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 37 years of experience as a Mechanical Site/MEP Engineer.
• Hands-on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP installation experience.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and site execution.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day mechanical works at project sites.
• Oversee installation and execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP mechanical systems.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Review shop drawings, technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and site progress.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
