Job summary

3shool Technology Consultants is seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day mechanical works on Dubai project sites. You will oversee HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP installation activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, monitor progress, support testing and handover, and ensure adherence to UAE regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 37 years of experience as a Mechanical Site/MEP Engineer.
• Hands-on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP installation experience.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and site execution.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
