Job summary

Al Sahir General Contracting Establishment in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on construction sites. You will oversee design execution, ensure installations meet safety and quality standards, and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 2–5 years in MEP supervision, strong blueprint reading, leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in MEP site supervision.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, processes, and compliance standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Strong leadership and communication for diverse teams.
• Experience with UAE work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on the construction site effectively.
• Ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to solve any MEP-related issues that arise.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of MEP installations to maintain quality.
• Manage and guide contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports on MEP progress and challenges.
• Review MEP plans and blueprints to verify accuracy and suitability.
• Identify risks in MEP works and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with design teams for seamless MEP integration.
• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of MEP systems with precision.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding updates.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during MEP construction.
