Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting in UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our MEP team. The role focuses on accurate BOQ, take-offs, valuations, variations and cost control within a busy MEP environment.

Applicants should have 7-8 years of MEP Quantity Surveying experience and be proficient in interim and final payments, subcontractor payments and contract administration. A strong understanding of drawings, specs and project contracts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 7-8 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
• Strong experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, valuations, variations and cost control.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications, subcontractor payments and final accounts.
