Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience with UAE construction laws and regulations is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and measurement techniques.
