Job summary

Redfish solutions is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management for major MEP projects in the GCC region. You will own the commercial strategy, negotiate key terms, and work with the project team to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong experience with FIDIC contracts, interim valuations, and final accounting, along with the ability to forecast cash flow and manage variations and claims. UAE/GCC exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of quantity surveying or commercial experience in MEP contracting or building services.
• 7+ years in UAE or GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and contract administration for major MEP projects.
• Drive accurate forecasting, change management, and final accounts.
• Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to protect margins.
• Develop and mentor a capable commercial team.
