Job summary

QP is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead cost and commercial management across its projects. You will oversee contract negotiation, administration, claims, and records, guiding teams across multiple jurisdictions from the GCC to Europe/MENA, ensuring value, budget adherence and timely delivery.

You bring a degree in QS/Commercial Management (MRICS preferred), 8–10 years of experience, English strong, ERP/Excel proficiency, and a track record with FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics or related field.
• MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• 10+ years in cost/commercial management in architecture/engineering/construction or PMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiation and drafting.
• Oversee contract administration across the project lifecycle.
• Manage claims and disputes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow analyses.
• Provide executive reporting on commercial performance.
