Job summary

Al‑Futtaim is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP in Dubai to lead commercial management across major MEP projects. You will manage valuations, variations, subcontract accounts, and final accounts while protecting project margins and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires advanced MEP measurement capability, strong contractual judgment, and hands-on experience with ERP systems to deliver robust cost control and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with professional accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in quantity surveying and commercial management, incl. UAE/GCC MEP experience.
• Proven track record in cost control, valuation, variations, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management and QS functions for assigned MEP projects.
• Prepare monthly valuations and manage payments and certifications.
• Identify and price variations, manage claims and final accounts.
• Maintain cost reporting, risk registers, and commercial dashboards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to protect margins.
